 Jonah Goodman Wins the 1650 at Secrionals! 

Express' Jonah Goodman won the 1650 at Sectionals held at Virginia Tech this spring. Jonah won the mile with a personal best time of 16:18.15, dropping over 14 seconds from his previous best. Congratulation, Jonah!
