Many smiling faces this weekend at Metropolitan Swimming's Zone Qualifier Meet as Express placed 11swimmers on the elite Zone team. Congratulations to Jake, Patrick, Ryan, Frank, Chris, Ethan, Katie, Meadow, Stephanie, Katherine, and Veronica! These swimmers will compete in the Eastern Zone Meet in Webster, NY at the end of March.

John Hurley - Champion is the Boys 500 Free with a personal best time of 4:37.67 at the Nassau County Championship Meet. 

John Gaffney - Champion Boys 200 Free with a personal best of 1:42.48 at the Nassau County Boys High School Championship Meet. 

Michael Chang - Champion Boys 100 Breast with a time of 56.96 at the Boys Catholic High School Championship Meet.

Congratulations to the Express swimmers for their excellent swims at the IMX Meet at the University of Maryland. We are very proud of all of our swimmers. A number of Express swimmers earned High Point Awards at the meet.
