Elizabeth Walsh set a new team record of 56.30 for the Girls 15-18 100 yard back this weekend at the Nassau County Girls High School Championships.

This summer Express' Allyson traveled to San Francisco to compete in the Alcatraz Sharkfest Open Water Swim. 

Allyson placed 2nd overall in the Women's division, and 1st in her age group! 

After the race Allyson commented, "It was definitely different from all of the other Open Water swims I have done, but it was fun. And the water, pretty salty... I would definitely do it again."

Good things come in threes!

Express swimmers rocked the Eastern Zone Championship meet to conclude an incredibly successful long course season. 

Mia - Eastern Zone Champion 13-14 Girls 100 Meter Free, plus a Junior National cut!

Not to be outdone, Morgan and Jessica also swam to victory Becoming Eastern Zone Champs themselves! 

Morgan won the 13-14 Girls 200 Meter Fly. Jessica was a double winner placing 1st in both the 13-14 Girls 100 Meter Breast and 200 Meter Breast. Jessica's winning time of 1:13.22 earned her a trip to Winter Juniors. 

Congratulations! Proud!

Allyson and Katie at the Huntington/Cold Spring Harbor Open Water Swim. Allyson was the top female finisher in the age group 5k swim. Katie won the age group 2k swim. Great job, Ladies!
