Congratulations to all Express swimmers who competed this weekend in the 2017 County Championship Meet. It was an outstanding team effort from swimmers of all ages!

Congratulations to Elizabeth Walsh who was named the meet MVP at the Nassau County Girls High School,Championship Meet this weekend. Liz won both the 200 IM and the 100 Backstroke while qualifying for the NYS Championship Meet later this month.

Congratulations to Jake for setting two new Express team records at the Eastern Zone Championship Meet in Webster, NY. Jake set a new mark of 22.17 in the 13-14 Boys 50 Free, and 48.86 in the 100 Free. Proud!
