Express swimmers had a great week at the Eastern Zone Championships in Webster, NY this week as part of the Metropolitan Zone team. Congratulations to Jake, Patrick, Ryan, Frank, Chris, Ethan, Katie, Meadow, Stephanie, Katherine, and Veronica for three days if great swimming, and representing Express so well!

13 Express National Team swimmers travelled to Orlando, Florida to compete at the NCSA Junior Nationals. At Juniors, our swimmers competed against tough competition from all over the United States. At the meet, the Boys 200 Free Relay set a new Express team record of 1:24.26 at Juniors. Congratulations to Will, Michael, John, and Patrick on the new team record!

It was so exciting to see our 8 & Under swimmers competing this weekend at the Metropolitan Swimming 8 & under Championships! Express has a great future ahead.
